Visual Moisture Assessment  

The dire consequences to both individual and health and loss of property value associated with indoor air quality issues, especially mold, can be avoided by early recognition of moisture and water intrusion.  This service can be done quite inexpensively annually or on as as-needed basis.

Residential Mold Screening

 Mold spores may be contributing to an unhealthy home or workplace.  Testing is always done in accordance with IESO (Indoor Environmental Standards Organization) standards using State-of-the-Art technologies.  Samples are taken to an accredited laboratory and the data interpretation is communicated in an easy to understand format.  Assistance and guidance is always there.
